Hey movers! I’m Corie, a 27-yo health and fitness blogger & residential redeveloper from Philadelphia, PA. By my side through life is my bf Joey D and our pup Champ🤍

Some of my passions include holistic healing, movement, and financial freedom through rental real estate.

In 2016, I started my journey to better health and finances.

Since then, some highlights on the health side: became a health and fitness trainer (helping over 150 people reach their fitness goals), adopted a plant-based diet (2017), holistically cured my seasonal allergies, read over 50 non-fiction books, pulled myself out of constant worry and fear, and ran as far as 14 miles.

Some highlights on the finance side: paid off over $12k of credit card debt (in 3 months!), hit an 800 credit score, saved up $10k cash reserve (6 months expenses + annual fees), created an early retirement plan through real estate, maxed out Roth IRA each year since 2020, flipped and sold real estate for profit, became a Superhost on Airbnb, and bought my childhood home and turned it into a rental.

Between all that and more, we even managed to roadtrip across the USA (east to west coast) for 6 months (2020) in our little Honda CRV. We're all about enjoying mini retirements as we go. Follow along! We have a packed race & camping schedule for 2023 ~stay tuned~ :-)
