Looking to add flavor to your veggies, rice, beans, potatoes, salad, sandwiches, etc?

Add in these basic spices…

  • Black pepper
  • Sea salt / pink salt
  • Paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Curry powder
  • Cumin

These are mild spices and a little bit goes a long way. Enjoy, happy eating 🙂
