Spicy Hangover Tea

Ingredients

  • Cayenne pepper
  • Turmeric powder
  • Black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Filtered water

Supplies

  • Small pot
  • Mug

Instructions

1. Place a small pot of filtered water on high heat.

2. Once your water is boiling, turn off the heat and add in a dash of cayenne pepper, a teaspoon of turmeric powder, some cracked black pepper, and sea salt. Stir.

3. Squeeze / add fresh lemon juice to your mug.

4. Pour up your hot tea, let cool, and enjoy!
