Recent races: we finished up Joey’s 12 hour at Hainesport early October! was such a blast seeing that ultra community and he hit 66 miles! TF!
Life updates: got back from a camping trip 2 weeks ago! Blackwater Falls (WV) and Hyner Run State Parks (PA) – some great rest & recovery time
