Accountabilities

  • Nurture database of customers, clients, vendors systematically utilizing phone calls, emails, mailers, one-on-one meetings, and industry-related events.
  • Create, implement, and track lead generation and marketing campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Setup and manage all social platforms and WordPress blogs.
  • Design and order professional, detail-oriented marketing material through no or low-cost resources.
  • Generate no / low-cost organic leads through cold calling, social media channels, open houses, targeted meetups, and networking.
  • Follow up with all leads in a timely manner utilizing CRM system.
  • Set up and manage meeting schedules, transaction deadlines, appointments, and company events.
  • Communicate with all parties in a timely manner.
  • Gather appropriate documents and digital signatures for real estate transactions utilizing Zipforms, DocuSign, SkySlope, and Google Drive.
  • Keep all digital and paper files organized.
  • Itemize business income and expenses on weekly basis, create monthly reports via QuickBooks, Expensify, and Google Sheets
  • Analyze key performance indicators and identify areas of improvement.
  • Employ and manage freelance workers.
  • Educate and assist real estate investors with, including, but not limited to: building a brand (personal and business), marketing and business strategy, choosing a niche, determining area(s) of focus, locating deals, analyzing potential deals, negotiation, building a team, networking, and finding and securing lines of credit and cash.
  • Educate and assist homeowners and first time home buyers with the entire home buying process from start to finish, giving them competitive advantage with established expectations, plus the tools & resources to achieve their goals.
  • Assist with pricing strategy and marketing campaigns for new listings.
  • Take every precaution to ensure our clients get to the closing table, stress-free, on the time frame of their choosing!
