Spicy Hangover Tea

Ingredients

  • Cayenne pepper
  • Turmeric powder
  • Black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Lemon juice

Supplies

  • Small pot
  • Mug

Instructions

Step 1: Place a small pot of water on high heat.

Step 2: Once your water is boiling, turn off the heat and add in a dash of cayenne pepper, a teaspoon of turmeric powder, some cracked black pepper, and sea salt. Stir.

Step 3: Squeeze / add fresh lemon juice to your mug.

Step 4: Pour hot water into mug, let cool, and enjoy!
