Better yourself and your life situation by choosing a quad 2 activity when you have free time! Go a step further and schedule these activities into your week so you know they’re getting done. Track your progress and adjust along the way!

I use this concept to help me live a healthier lifestyle, accomplish big goals, and stay up-to-date on important things… all comes down to using free time wisely!

My powerlist nowadays are looking like:

1. fruit first

2. 30 mins movement

3. read 10 mins

4. write 10 mins

5. active income plan

These aren’t necessarily habits for me yet; they are quad 2 activities I wanna make sure I’m doing daily though. They go on my daily powerlist until they’re habit

Some quad 2 habits I have established already and loving: drink 8 oz water when I wake up, 15 mins sun time, walking the dog, reviewing life map, quality time w jd, house clean, plant care, laundry, thinking time, weekly timeblock
