Share tools you’ve tried yourself and found value in

“Philosophy isn’t a parlor trick or made for show. It’s not concerned with words, but with facts. It’s not employed for some pleasure before the day is spent, or to relieve the uneasiness of our leisure. It shapes and builds up the soul, it gives order to life, guides action, shows what should and shouldn’t be done – it sits at the rudder steering our course as we vacillate in uncertainties. Without it, no one can live without fear or free from care. Countless things happen every hour that require advice, and such advice is to be sought out in philosophy.” -Seneca

Philosophy is a practice of studying and thinking that translates into a practice of living.

Philosophy guides our thoughts and actions in daily life.

To know philosophy principles is one thing, to live them and believe in them is another.

When we learn new principles, it’s not for fun or something to show off, it’s a tool that will help us live life in a better, healthier way.

Let’s share these tools only when we’ve implemented them ourselves. Do we believe in them enough to share them with others?

What you teach and share with others is important. Down to the details. Is this, and more importantly are you, really going to help them? Or are you just showing off what you’ve “learned” – aka info dumping?

CC’s Healthy Handbook is my way of helping others by sharing tools that I’ve tried myself and found value in.

Any ideas on how you can share your own life lessons, gold nuggets, memories, stories, things you love with those around you?

“I’ll tell you how people can prove their words to be their own – by putting into practice what they’ve been preaching.” -Seneca
