Success Rhythm

The success rhythm goes as follows and works for every goal in any area of life:

Plan. Do. Review. Repeat.

  1. Plan: Utilize knowledge to make a plan.
  2. Do: Execute on a plan while tracking progress along the way.
  3. Review: Use lessons from your mistakes to improve on a plan.
  4. Repeat: Adjust plans as needed and keep rolling- you’re moving in the right direction!

There is no secret to achieving your goals. Read that again.

You need to put in the work and persist.

Regardless of doubts, fears, unsuccessful plans, external forces…

Those who succeed persevere by learning more and adjusting their plans along the way with a good, positive attitude.

The successful just won’t give up, they refuse to.

They try things differently and take small, daily actions consistently over a long period of time.

Think long-term actions = long-term success.

What you eat adds up

Remember to bring awareness to what you decide to fuel your body with…

What you eat today will have a lasting impact on your health.

Think long-term.

You won’t see the results immediately, but overtime.

Meaning, your eating habits will expose you, either positively or negatively, as time goes on.

Good health begins with choosing better alternatives in the moment.

However, the key is choosing the better alternative time and time again until it’s habit.

If you need a place to start, I always recommend working on healthy snacking

Start small, and start now! (-:

Simple life lessons from Tony Robbins

Change your story, change your life.

A belief is a feeling of certainty.

Turn your mess into your message.

The past does not equal the future, unless you live there.

With the right story and state of mind, you can make anything work.

Happiness is a decision.

Change your environment, focus, and language.

Your words create your world.

If we’re in our head, we’re dead.

Avoid emotional stacking.

Complexity is the enemy of execution.

Be really clear of what you really want and where you want to be.

Clarity is power. The more clear you are about something the more power you will have.

Where am I really? Rate where you are and where you want to be.

How’re you going to close that gap? Emotional hunger and intensity.

Crush, destroy, and replace any story of limitation: excuses on why you’re not where you want to be.

Suffering is not in the facts, it’s in the perception of the facts.

Your story is creating the pain: what’s bullshit about the story you’re telling yourself?

Stretch philosophy: when you say you can’t, switch to MUST. If you want freedom, you have to stretch yourself further.

Learned helplessness. Let life happen- surrender to it.

Massive action is the cure all.

Give more than you ever expect to receive and you’ll have nothing to worry about.

Staying productive via bookend routines

Pick 3 things to do right in the morning.

They could be:

Drink water, wash up, stretch, meditate, journal, pray, give thanks, etc.

Test out different combinations to see what gets you going!

As you close your day out, pick 3 things to do right before bed.

They could be:

Wash up, stretch, meditate, visualize, journal, read, give thanks, etc.

Once you find a routine you vibe with,

Focus on getting your bookends done no matter what…

Start and end your day the same way!

You’ll feel in more of a routine, even if the day ahead of you is out of rhythm.

And of course you can spice your routines up as needed by trying something new!

Figure out how to thrive

How can I use this situation to actually improve and be better in the long run?

Be a visionary and an innovative.

Choose to see the good in the bad.

Choose to see the opportunity in adversity.

Put your emotions aside.

Focus.

Make this work for you and your life.

Choose to evolve and find a solution that helps the world evolve.

Embrace that mentality —> it’s the mindset of a winner.

If you don’t have it, make the choice to have it.

Don’t panic, stay focused, things will work out!
